Spring Cheerleading

About Spring Cheerleading

Spring Cheerleading is the perfect way for athletes to experience our program without committing to a full season. This shortened, low-commitment session gives athletes a true feel for cheer in a fun and supportive environment.

With 1 to 2 practices per week, athletes learn cheer fundamentals, proper stunting technique, and new tumbling skills while strengthening the skills they already have. Along the way, they build confidence, make new friends, meet our coaching staff, and discover what makes our program special.

By the end of the session, athletes and families will know if they’re ready to take the next step into the full season.

Your Questions, Answered
  • While Fall Cheer has a structured attendance policy, Spring Cheer offers greater flexibility. We understand that spring schedules can be busy, and this session is designed to accommodate that. The more your athlete attends and participates, the more they will grow and benefit from the experience.

  • No, the Parent Performance is not required. However, we highly recommend parents attend to see all the skills their athletes have worked hard to develop. It’s a great opportunity for athletes to showcase their progress, celebrate their growth, and share their achievements with family and friends.

  • Each practice begins with a team warm up and stretching to prepare athletes for training. We then break into smaller groups to focus on key skill areas including stunting, tumbling, jumps, motions, and dance. Practices are designed to build technique and confidence through focused instruction and repetition. We typically wrap up practice with a fun team bonding game to encourage connection and teamwork

  • If circumstances change and your athlete is no longer able to participate, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds and adjustments will be handled based on the timing of the request and program policies. Our goal is to be as flexible and supportive as possible while maintaining program planning and commitments
