  • With the exception of illness, injury, or family emergency, if an individual is unable to compete at one of the competitions, the coaches must be notified by September 1 at the latest. If an individual is unable to compete at one competition, it will likely impact their role at all competitions as the same routine is used throughout the season.

Practices:

  • Attendance at practice is expected. In the sport of cheer, routines are composed of stunts and pyramids. When an individual is absent, the entire group is unable to practice their stunt, impacting the progress of the entire routine.

  • Practices are held in El Segundo, typically at Richmond Street School and/or ES Middle School
